Ireland’s Four Provinces restaurant is a place where every guest is greeted with a warm welcome and receives first-rate, friendly service throughout their entire meal with us. In return, the families and friends who come to the 4Ps (as we are known to our regulars) make working here fun and rewarding! We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly servers who enjoy making others feel welcome and special. We provide: Training — Learn from some of the best in the business! Our managers will teach you how to be highly successful in the restaurant trade. Compensation — We provide competitive wages through salary and tips, health insurance, and a team member dining program. Flexible Scheduling — We have full and part-time positions available to meet your needs. Fun Atmosphere — We have a large outdoor patio, live music, TVs streaming live sports in our indoor and outdoor bars, and the best bartenders!Job duties include: Ensure that all guests leave happy. Follow all policies and procedures. Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side work. Show up on time. Follow all health and alcohol beverage service standards. Greet and guide guest through our ordering and payment process. Take orders from customers for food and beverages following all steps of service guidelines. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their visit and take action to correct any problems. Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time. Upsell by being proactive with suggestive selling, prompt service, and alerting guests of specials. Deliver beverages to all tables. Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to food safety sanitation and safety guidelines. Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff. Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner. Clear and sanitize tables. We open at 2pm onMonday through Thursday, 11:30am on Friday, and at 10am on Saturday and Sunday.Amanager can meet you by appointment, starting an hour before opening each day.
